Gobble Gobble Little Friends!

Last Friday my school had a lunch for moms and dads and stuff. My dad didn't show up 'cause he was working. My mom did and I was able to present her with my latest craft project - I dressed up like an Indian Warrior Chief.

My Indian name is "Goobah-Moobah." In ancient Native American language it means: Giggling Squash (for the record, I did not choose this name, we had to draw them out of a hat and I think I got the wrong one).

I'm not so sure what the big hype is with eating a bird, but I do know that I'm gonna be taking off to Music City USA tomorrow morning! Then, I get to see my Grandma and all kinds of people.

I'm gonna be a really good boy in the car. I'm gonna sleep the WHOLE time! It won't cry or even mess in my shorts until I get to Grandma's house. And, when I do get there, I'm gonna sleep when it is naptime and be in good mood the whole time I'm there. I'm not gonna wake up screaming every 30 minutes when I get put to bed at night either. I'll be a perfect angel the entire time!

And you know why? Cause my dad promised me that I could get a taste of punkin' pie if I was really, really good! I sure can't wait.

To all of you - my friends, family and even the President - I hope you have a most terrific Thanksgiving. I am thankful that all of you have been so patient waiting for my updates. And, I am thankful for such great people in my life. I am also thankful for punkin' pie, which I am going to eat cause my dad promised. But pleeeeese don't tell my mom. She will kabosh the whole thing for me.

As his Grandmother, I can attest that Lucas is, indeed, giggling squash--the epitomy of Giggling Squash.
He WAS the perfect little angel the entire visit AND he does giggle a lot in his jumparoo--and we all did too.
Can't wait for the Christmas visit!
