All I Want For Christmas...

Back in the summer, my Grampa Trimmer bought this old fancy car. I have not seen it in person but, just like Grampa, I do like hot rod cars. After Dad showed me the pictures of Grampa's new toy, it got me a thinkin'....

I sure would like my own hot rod car... I found this beauty over at Restoration Hardware and figured it'd be a great Christmas gift that Grampa could get me. Oh sure, I know I'm a little too small for it now, but I could just keep it in the garage and polish it until I hit the 3-year-old mark that the manufacturer suggests. Then, I will pedal my little tail off all the way down Denison Drive!
So, Grampa, this is what I want for Christmas. It's retailing at just under $500 and does require some assembly. But, Dad's pretty handy and can probably put it together in a snap. Dad did use "the Google" to see if other, similar pedal cars were out there. They are, Grampa. If you look around, you can find this UK-made beauty in Red, Green, Chrome, White, Black, Blue and even Yellow! I figure, when you get this for me, you can paint some flames on the front too!

I sure can't wait to see what you're gonna put under the tree for me Grampa. I'd hate to be disappointed. And, just think, you and I could go hotrodding together! Lucas and Grampa, Grampa and Lucas - hotroddin' all over the neighborhood. Imagine how popular we could be!

And, you probably ought to know that I haven't picked my favorite Grandparent yet. I got lots to choose from too. Just think about it old-timer... Think REAL hard...
